The Circle of Confusion
The Tasmanian Photographic Federation produce a newsletter three times a year. Essentially, it is produced in advance of the TPF conferences to let members know whatever is relevant for the next meeting. The newsletter, very aptly named "Circle of Confusion" is produced and edited by TPF member Felix Staub.
